Selling on behalf of a friend who is refurbishing a commercial property and no longer requires this.
It was purchased during Covid in 2021, so is only a few years old and cost over £40,000. So today with the price increases you would be looking at over £50,000+
Its of the highest quality and is rectangular in size, so would fit as an extension off any building.
Its got lights all on the roof and the roof retracts all the way back (or you can stop it at whatever stage you want). The top windows also all drop down, or you can drop them down individually (see video)- all controlled by remote.
There are heaters inside too.
Its fully water proof when closed and the rain off the roof runs down into hidden guttering down the sides.
Has been professionally removed and labelled so you know what parts go where.
Have videos of everything in fully operation if you require anymore than whats on the listing.
Glazing is single glazed and frosted stickers can just be peeled off leaving clear glass. Anthracite Grey 7016 in colour.
There is a single door to the side, but you could easily just install french doors/ bi-folds here if you wanted instead.
