Our delivery service is handled either by our trusted courier or by our own team, depending on the order and the distance from our main warehouse.
How pricing works
Delivery is priced by area, not by item. Once we know your postcode we apply a single flat rate — so you can add multiple items to your order and pay one delivery fee.
Delivery times: 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the order and scheduling availability.
For some very remote areas we may not be able to offer delivery. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund.

No bubble wrap or single-use foam. Items are secured directly in the van with reusable, recycled padding.

Delivery updates
On the day, our driver will call you with an updated ETA so you're ready to receive your order.

Unloading your items
We send a single driver to keep costs low. For larger items, please be on hand to help unload at the kerbside.
